I first met Leo in 2018 when he had a pop-up store at Tanjong Pagar. The latent green thumb in me was instantly drawn to his quaint arrangement of tiny potted plants and his flamboyant hat. I had no clue at the time that he would continue on this passion in a full-time way and made The 3 Keys what it is today.
